Students Explore Local Careers in Manufacturing

Roanoke County celebrated National Manufacturing Day this October by hosting student tours of eight local businesses! ⚙️ Find out how these visits will impact the career decisions of Roanoke County Public Schools students, while helping strengthen the local economy by training the next generation of workers. This effort was a collaboration between Roanoke County Economic Development,  Roanoke County Public Schools Career & Technical Education Department and the Greater Roanoke Workforce Development Board
