Em Poertner and Kelsey Frey are celebrating National Library Outreach Day by exploring some of the Little Free Libraries in Roanoke County. There are nine Little Free Libraries that were installed in parks around the County as a partnership between Parks, Recreation and Tourism and the Public Library. The Little Free Libraries were made as part of an Eagle Scout project and painted by students in local schools.
